Quality Management

R. Radloff & Associates Inc. was an early adopter of Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia's Organizational Quality Management Program, having been a part of the program since its inception in 2014. As a result, our policies, procedures, and practices have always been held to the highest standard of accountability to ensure that:

• applicable EGBC Professional Practice Guidelines are being followed;

• documented file management procedures are being used to meeting regulatory requirements;

• documented checking of all engineering work and, where required, independent reviews are taking place at every stage of a project;

• all documents containing engineering information are appropriately authenticated by the application of the professional's seal;

• all delegated engineering work is directly supervised by an EGBC professional (The Engineer of Record), and;

• appropriate field reviews are conducted during construction or implementation.
  
  

As such, with the introduction of the Professional Governance Act in February 2021, Radloff was already aligned with the values and quality management standards that are now being adopted by all practicing firms within the province.
