Mr. Radloff offers 19 years of experience in the construction and water/wastewater operations industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects that have included drafting designs and creating record drawings using AutoCAD.  Richard also has extensive field experience that includes surveying, field layout and site inspections and construction. Projects on which Richard has worked include designing drawings for project approval, tender and construction as well as creating record drawings. He has done surveying, onsite inspections, as well as construction of civil infrastructure, including water, sanitary and storm systems, lagoons and disposal fields, and roads.
