Site C Worker Accommodations & Office Project

R. Radloff & Associates acted as the Owner’s Engineer for the BC Hydro Site C Worker Accommodation project. For this extensive design/build project, Radloff provided project management support and indicative designs and performance specifications for Site C water, sewer, parking, roads, stormwater and building infrastructure. Other tasks included the development of master and functional programs and instituting a comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework. In addition, Radloff was tasked with reviewing detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction drawings associated with the project, as well as providing design liaison support to BC Hydro, Capital and Operating estimates, cash flow projections, and life cycle costing.

Radloff performed design/build team inputs, reviewed performance, performed inspections of manufacturing processes and onsite construction, and provided associated detailed inspection reporting. Radloff provided project completion documentation to ensure all required permits, inspections, and tests were performed as part of the construction of the Worker Accommodation Facility. Radloff also coordinated and performed detailed reviews of all operations related plans and procedures.
