Radloff was retained to provide rezoning assistance, design development, and construction supervision of the 6-storey, 174-guestroom Courtyard by Marriott Prince George. This work included analysis of the existing infrastructure abutting the property, as well as the development of water, sanitary, and storm designs to meet the City of Prince George's criteria.
