PW623 Upgrade: Back-up Power Generator Installation

Working for the City of Prince George, R. Radloff & Associates acted as the coordinating professional/owner’s engineer for the pre-design, design and construction supervision of this 250 kW emergency generator facility which services an existing water system booster pump station. Our main tasks included review of the existing booster station design capacity and the historical water usage, forecasts of future water demands and associated pumping requirements, sizing of power generation to suit and completion of site civil servicing work. In addition, Radloff coordinated the work of the geotechnical, structural, mechanical and electrical sub-consultants.
