R. Radloff & Associates Inc. was retained to provide recommendations for the development of an Inland Kenworth dealership at the intersection of Boundary Road and Highway 97 South. Our contribution to this $20+ million project consisted of subdivision design, rezoning support and detailed site design  for  the  new dealership. This work included analysis of the existing infrastructure abutting the property, as well as the development of water, sanitary and storm designs to meet the City of Prince George’s criteria. Radloff continued to support Inland Kenworth throughout the construction phases in 2015 and 2016.

Project Goals:

• Provide assistance with rezoning
• Analyze existing infrastructure
• Design and develop construction drawings for road, water, sanitary and storm systems
• Develop stormwater drainage plan
• Site grading and civil servicing design for the dealership
• Assist with negotiations of cost sharing agreements with neighboring development
