In 2017, Radloff with asked to find a way to assess the maintenance practices of indigenous schools across BC with the goal of identifying those that were successful or struggling and to understand why.

Prior to finalizing the MMP, Radloff and LTN hosted a presentation to the community’s maintenance staff, detailing the proposed plan. This meeting served as an opportunity for the maintenance personnel to provide their input.

In June 2019, Radloff began working with Talka Nation to create a Maintenance Management Plan that would equip the community with a reliable maintenance tracking tool and support their desire for self-sufficiency.

In 2021, Radloff and Saulteaux Engineering & Consulting combined their extensive experience to provide inspection and asset reporting services to indigenous communities in Ontario.

Detailed condition assessments of the housing and a 35-year asset management plan that provides a road map for future growth and planning.

Our team was called in the day prior to the evacuation notice being lifted to determine if homes were safe to occupy.

Radloff acted as the Owner’s Engineer for this extensive BC Hydro, Site C: Worker Accommodation project.

Radloff provided a comprehensive report along with recommendations for both preventative & responsive measures that could be taken to protect the City's main water source.
